Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Plant Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) development and implementation.
- Responsible for Daily PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, monitor for new tools & technology and etc.
- Responsible for old/new technicians’ training & development related to technical works.
- Establish and monitor programs / Key Process Indicators (KPI) maintenance system for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques, operating data and etc.
- Optimize maintenance strategies and cost effective benefits.
- Responsible for ECR meeting, follow action items & process / Equipment Improvement.
- Responsible to liaise with the vendors related to technical works, issues & etc.
- Responsible to establish / maintain standards related to equipment, spare parts & etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
