Responsibilities
- Assess New Product Development & introduction, and responsible for successful scale up and first production in plant
- Provide accurate Manufacturing instruction to Production team
- Provide operator training for start-up operation, refresher and as required
- Manage the SAP Master Data Management team for Production and Extended Warehouse Management modules
- Evaluate, propose and implement process/formulae optimization (yield improvement, quality, efficiency, safety)
- Ensure First time right by proactive trouble shooting during production trials.
- Together with Operation/Production team, participate to Capex review, Improvement project design and implementation.
- Actively participate to the Internal reject / complaint trouble shooting & review.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering / Food science / Food technology or related field. or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Liquid compounding, Spray dry and Dry Blend process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
