Responsibilities
- Effective management of Client’s enquiry on secondary repackaging of new products
- Effective technical support on Technology transferred from Clients
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects
- Develop, implement & monitor technical solutions for all process & machines issues
- Review and update SOP and Work instructions
- Lead a team of supervisors and technical staff to achieve departmental goals
- Oversees and/or conduct training of new or existing staff
- Review team members’ performance in a daily and weekly basis
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Production or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of problem-solving skills (PDCA. Fish bone, Lean six sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
