Location: East
Responsibilities
- Assists in product study and design and aid in the preparation of the technical specifications.
- Prepares documentation on internal product test cases and test scripts for Quality Control testing.
- Supports the software version release testing.
- Prepares training guide and installation guide.
- Manages the product installation guide and automation of the installation.
- Being the Level 2 Support for post-deployment product support on issues reported relating to product defects, configurations, and product usage.
- Being the Level 2 Support for the setting up of testing environments and testing the product in customers’ premises.
- Escalates product issues to the R&D department for reported product defects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
