Responsibilities
- Support Quality Manager with all matters pertaining to all certification approval (aviation authority, standard) held by the Company including the implementation of various policies.
- Responsible for ensuring all Technical Publications (including test data sheet & etc.) are current and readily available to Workshop personnel and appropriately controlled.
- Assist on the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System and Safety Management System (SMS) to satisfy the requirements of various Civil Aviation Authorities, Aerospace Standards 9110 & ISO 14001 standard.
- Assist on maintaining all company standard operating procedures to ensure their currency and accuracy at all times and to liaise with all departments to ensure that new procedures are introduced when necessary, in a timely manner.
- Assist in updating and monitoring of an approved personnel authorization system and stamp registers. Perform competency assessment for Workshop personnel before granting authorization.
- Manage and control the calibration system for inspection, measuring and test equipment and to liaise with external calibration vendors pertaining to all calibration matters.
- Participate in First Article Run for new capability setup.
- Assist in conducting and monitoring of the internal and external audit process, including the development of the annual audit plan and the follow up of all corrective action arising from audits.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Quality Management and internal audit experience in aviation/ aerospace related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
