$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Understand the concept and able to repair commercial kitchen equipment.
- Provide an excellent and clear communication to address to customer’s enquiry.
- Timely completion and reporting of documents and relevant site paperwork.
- Attend service meetings with customers to explain the monthly report.
- Answer to service technician’s technical query.
- Handle warranty claim submission.
- Commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment
- Site visit to installation site to ensure M&E services are available before installation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
