Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Perform daily production smoke tests to ensure the stability of the build
- Write clear reports on findings and communicate status
- Follow priorities given to ensure goals/requirements are met
- Work closely with the development team to identify areas to test and construct relevant test cases/plans
- Support the development team in a deeper investigation of issues reported and – potential fixes
- Provide documentation where necessary
- Verify fixes made and co-operate in the production of build/release notes
- Any other QA-related ad-hoc duties, if necessary
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
