Location: North
Responsibilities
- To manage a team of direct reportees as well as indirect reportees from vendors who provide various services to the school.
- Ensure that reportees and Indirect reportees are motivated and work as a team for desired results.
- Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times at site.
- Own and supervise any maintenance / expansion project works related to Infrastructure and M&E.
- Ensure that all facility management functions reporting to the role are properly managed and giving the best results to ensure that they meet business requirements.
- Management reporting on overall Facility management operations and key achievements to the Facilities Manager.
- Responsible for Risk management issues and legal and compliance matters.
- To drive programs to reduce risks and other incidents on site.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in any relevant areas of qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
