5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site installation & servicing of complex equipment & systems
- Provide troubleshooting & repair support for customer
- Provide product training for customers & end-users
- Follow up on customer requests for quotations & provide pre & post sales technical support
- Attend to all customer requests promptly & follow-up outstanding issues for proper closure
- Cultivate & develop positive working relationships with customers, users & company personnel
- Develop new markets and customers on own initiative
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holders in engineering or science major or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
