Responsibilities
- Take lead for SAP master data setup: functional locations, BOM (Bill of Material), task lists, PMP (Preventive Maintenance Plan)
- Key user for PM (Plant Maintenance) module
- SAP training to end users or new comers
- First level of problem-solving for SAP issues in the plant
- SAP project support (Turnaround core module, maintenance process optimization, etc.)
- As a reliability coordinator within technical services, MOE & Reliability
- Analyse the daily maintenance activity effectiveness (failure symptoms, troubleshooting & repair done, root cause of failure, etc.) to come out with common known maintenance indices such as MTBF, MTTR
- Extract data from SAP then establish and communicate to plant reliability KPIs
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in an engineering /mechanical / chemical / petrochemical or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, rotating equipment, vessel, piping is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
