Responsibilities
- Technical expert for CRM and conduct training for new CRM users
- Roll out new features through webinar and email blast
- Conduct face to face training
- Support day to day enquiry on platform usages and gather feedback on the platform from users and propose feature enhancement.
- Develop dashboard or reports from CRM data and support on Business Intelligence reporting – database management, developing report.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of CRM working experience
- No experience is welcomed with familiarity with CRM preferred
- Prior experience in customer service/customer facing role will be a plus
