MARKETING DIRECTOR ($17,000-$24,000/AWS/VB)ref: GA

$24K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Leads the use of integrated channels within the traditional and digital platforms to target customers and increase brand awareness.
• Leads the marketing teams to drive and support marketing, communications and public relations efforts.
• Leverages analytics to identify suitable channels for targeted customers, evaluate marketing activities and the return on investment (ROI).
• Fosters relationships with key strategic partners and influence stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives within designated budget.
• Ensure that all BTL execution follow and represent brand strategy and positioning, including visual merchandising.
• Manage, coach and motivate both worldwide and regional marketing and trade marketing teams.
• Responsible to ensure A&P planning meets the strategic and financial objectives.
• Ensure that all RC brands have a clear position from RSP to distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Sales/Retail/Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
