Location: West
Responsibilities
- Plan, propose and implement marketing campaigns across online, offline and marketplace platforms.
- Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals.
- Maintain the group’s owned media including website, social media and marketplace platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customers’ enquiries/feedback/review on email and social media platforms.
- Provide useful solutions to operational issues and suggest areas of improvement.
- Provide marketing support for onsite and offsite events and/or perform any adhoc related duties as required by the marketing team.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to key stakeholders.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing/ Multimedia or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge in photography and Adobe Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
