Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Administer on-boarding and off-boarding programs
- Handle staff & worker levy matters
- WP and SP application and renewals
- Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities
- Maintain and update employees’ personal files
- Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters, assists in reference checks, etc
- Maintain & update personnel file
Requirements
- Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
