Responsibilities
- Process owner, hands-on and support daily operations to ensure yield target and quality requirements are met
- Fully comprehend the tool’s performance and process input output interaction
- Uphold existing process robustness with continuous improvement plan and execution
- Create / maintain HVM process BOM, roadmap and new production process readiness
- Lead investigation on customers’ complaints and identify actions that will improve quality in a sustainable manner
- Provide necessary training to production technicians and operators to ensure proper procedure followed
- Handle New Product Introduction projects, in conjunction with Engineering Team and Quality departments, to deliver sample for development within project schedule
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical and related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Design of Experiment, process/material/devices simulation, statistical analysis, Microsoft words/excel/power point is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
