Responsibilities
- Lead a team of people delivering change to managed services customers.
- Build a strong, capable team positioned to deliver high quality services to managed services customers now and in the future.
- Attract and retain talent required to deliver outstanding client service.
- Manage assignment of personnel to appropriate initiatives, performance evaluations, career planning and succession planning.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the change services provided to them.
- Ensure customer environments are highly available and stable, and meeting customer needs.
- Develop new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales. Participate in prospect meetings and industry events, contributing thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Business Management/ Operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
