Location: West
Responsibilities
- Prepare and upload product listing including content for various e-commerce partner’s platforms.
- Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
- Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
- Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media
- Able to assist in conceptualizing, developing and executing ideas for marketing projects ( Digital Marketing & Social Media Content)
- Analyse products sale performance, short term, and midterm sales forecast
- Drive monthly/yearly sales target achievement across sales network
- Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sale target
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Sales/Retail/Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
