PROJECT MANAGER ($3500-$7500/AWS/VB)ref: EC

$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out work
• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractors
• Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule
• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
• Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors on timely project handover
• Manage and monitor project works
• Project meetings and reviews to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
