$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities
- Support on HRIS Data entry. Maintaining employee P-file and other records.
- Be the deputy for HR/Admin for all work pass matters
- Be the go to person for all insurance enquiries for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
- Manage any submissions required such as MOM surveys etc.
- Work closely with recruitment team to handle the on-boarding documentations for new hires
- Process employee’s requests and provide relevant information
- Assist special projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.
- Manage requisition of company uniform/mobile phone/Stationaries etc.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Logistic, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
