Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual designs of the proposed Mechanical and Electrical System.
- Perform necessary design calculations for Building’s M&E systems.
- Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance with specifications and statutory requirements.
- Prepare tender specifications and tender breakdowns for Building’s M&E services.
- Execute the project with detailed designed drawings for tender and authority submissions.
- Conducting and attending tender site show-round, tender interview and tender clarifications.
- Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports.
- Attending technical and progress meetings and discussions with Client, Architects, consultants and contractors.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in design, building project and relevant code of practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
