5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Conduct proper risk assessment to ensure risks are minimized.
- Monitor to ensure all work activities are performed in accordance to safety procedures.
- Perform site activities planning to ensure adherence to project timeline.
- Prepare reports and document project activities for management reporting.
- Review project blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and subcontractors on site
- Co-ordination with contractors, Identifies & raises non-conformances of works
- Monitor site works and submit progress reports
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
