M&E MAINTENANCE MANAGER ($3500-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: AK

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of farm equipment and machineries
• Plan; allocate and manage manpower and resources to complete repair and maintenance of faulty equipment and machines
• Lead a team of 2-3 workers and be hands-on in all works that are beyond the workers’ ability
• Guide and teach workers into resolving the identified mechanical or electrical fault
• Assist in overseeing installation of new machineries and equipment inside the greenhouse
• Assist in planning; allocating and managing of manpower and resources to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of installation works; repair and maintenance of faulty equipment and machines and laying of water pipes
• Patrol site to monitor progress and quality standards of work done by workers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma & above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Pumps & Pipe Fitting Knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
