$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- necessary legal documentation for foreign talent
- Administer and maintain record of monthly payroll, claims, leaves and annual payroll tax
- Assist to administer the annual appraisal exercise and salary/performance bonus review.
- Analyse the training needs of employees for development purposes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage projects consisting of Government grants and salary funding schemes
- Assist in all office and operations administrative matters
- Perform data entry, verification of documents and check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
