$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR services including manpower sourcing, engagement, and onboarding.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Payroll functions
- Ensure that documentation and authorized signatories are obtained and filed for audit purposes.
- IR21 submission for foreign workers
- Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers
- Issue relevant letters to staff for an appointment, confirmation, increment, etc
- Leave and other HR-related issues
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
