OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE ($2800-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: MY

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of outlet stores.
• Supervise contractors, deliverymen, drivers, and repairmen for all outlet-to-outlet operations, delivery of stocks, routine/ad-hoc maintenance, facility, and repair work.
• Implement a tracking and reporting system to monitor all maintenance and repair works across all outlets.
• Monitor and manage stores’ advertising/marketing/promotional materials, facilities, and supplies such as store amenities, packaging, and office equipment to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings from renovation works, fittings, delivery of items, and facility readiness.
• Liaise with mall management or landlords for any maintenance or repair works.
• Support the company’s Compliance Team to ensure outlet operations’ compliance with the authorities and auditors, execute audit plans, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare documentation, maintain records for audit purposes and participate in audits on the outlet operations.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
