Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support and expand the hybrid infrastructure in the areas of networking, security and assist business team in successfully and securely accessing company resources.
- Maintain the networking and IT security platform assets and services such as contracts, inventory, life cycle, regular upgrades, security policies and optimising their operation and deployment.
- Support the hybrid connectivity between data centre, branches, partners, and cloud providers
- Provide recommendations in enhancing the company IT platform in the areas of networking security and automation.
- Update technical manuals regarding operation, procedures and networking and security schematics.
- Work alongside partners and vendors to ensure suitable and cost-effective networking and security services are provided to the company.
- Understand requirements for projects and ensure resolving issues between KPIs
- Have robust technical skills to review, verify, and validate networking, security requirements for existing and new company product projects
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT Network, Systems & Security is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
