IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST ($3800-$4800/AWS/VB)ref: MJ

$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve equipment or application problems.
• Assist in maintaining the inventory of all IT equipment (e.g., Notebook, PC, printers, etc.) and software.
• Assist with asset disposal.
• Manage user accounts (local admin account, intranet account in SMART Active Directory, NUS/intranet account password reset), file server permissions, anti-virus
• Administrate web-based applications and assist in maintaining and updating the web site.
• Perform other IT support responsibilities as needed, e.g. Analyze, troubleshoot and evaluate IT issues for staff
• In charge of employee On-board/Off-board SOP
• Install libraries for all users, manage user accounts and maintain high performance computer.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge and experience in Windows, Linux, Mac OS/X, MS Office, laptop network configuration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
