Location: West
Responsibilities
- Member of End User Computing (EUC) team providing L1/2 support to all entities globally;
- Provide after business hours L1 support for urgent escalation from Local and regional offices;
- Provides onsite user support for laptops/desktops/Corporate mobile phones, corporate/business applications and end-user related devices (e.g. Multi-Function Copier, Printers,..) in the offices;
- Provide remote support for users that works remotely from home or hub offices in other countries
- Monitor and escalate office infrastructure performance (e.g. Wifi, Internet, etc)
- Manages vendors and assist with IT procurement;
- Responsible for IT asset management and assist with IT inventory tracking;
- Responsible for tracking tickets in the IT Service Desk system and ensure compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLA);
Requirements
- ITE Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor graduate in IT, Computing or Electronics & Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft 0365/Azure/Cloud, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
