Location: North
Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure that works are executed in accordance to specifications.
- Coordinate with all M&E subcontractors to resolve all technical problems in order to achieve the desired overall project objective.
- Work together with other project team members to coordinate/resolve technical issues.
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as M&E Engineer in construction related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
