Location: North
Responsibilities
- Maintain database to update water chemistry parameters and analyze trend and observe the bio reactor performance. Suggest improvements.
- Closely monitor in day to day operations, Water sampling & Testing / Panel Operation (SCADA)/ Online meters. Unit Operation – Evaporator/ Low pressure Boiler/ Cooling Tower/ ISO Tanker Loading & Unloading / Chemical Handling in shift work
- Wastewater process parameters on specification and comply with PUB effluent discharge compliances.
- Energy efficiency calculation for boiler / Evaporator / cooling tower / RO in the waste water Treatment Plant
- Control Panel operation through SCADA system to monitor and adjust process parameters.
- To update the test result in system and follow up QC recommendation and execution onsite.
- To handle operation supervisor and general workers in the plant for daily plant activities and chemical handling & inventory management.
- To maintain all the process units/ pumps and equipment’s and instrument in good condition.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Major: Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Specialized knowledge – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
