HR MANAGER ($10,000-$15,000/AWS/VB)ref: RH

$15K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute overall recruiting strategies across various channels including job portals, social media, universities, institutions, professional bodies, as well as government agencies or relevant channels. Update recruitment status reports in various internal tracking platforms/listings
  • Perform full cycle of the selection and hiring process which includes:
  • Researching and sourcing of candidates from the various platforms and channels i.e. market mapping
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on appropriate internal and external recruitment platforms and conduct job interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Working with hiring managers to define role requirements, identifying recruitment channels, sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance
  • Leading and managing the interview process with the hiring manager including post interview evaluations with hiring managers and/or business HR as appropriate and providing interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates as requested
  • Manage employee personal files and HR administration such as on-boarding/offboarding arrangements, staff confirmation, letters, work permits, etc
  • Implement and manage staff learning & development, employee engagement and performance management

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Employment Act  and Labour Law is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
