$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment of workers and part-timers
- Handling on-boarding and first day orientation of new workers
- Assist in updating employees’ p-files’ and records
- Assist in maintenance employees’ leave records
- Assist in application and renewal of work passess
- Assist in medical and inusrance claims
- Assist in organising employees’ gathering, well-being program
- Any other HR matters as assigned by the HR Head
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
