$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Payroll processing & overtime computation
- Guide, review and oversee work performed by HR. Including and not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding & offboarding, set-up & maintain employee P-file related matters
- Liaise with IT vendor
- Handle disciplinary cases. Involved in the inquiry or exit interview for Termination cases
- Handle work injury cases. Ensure timely submission of documents to MOM and Insurance broker. Monitor claim status and reimbursement to employees
- Handle employee administration matters such as all work passes, permit, renewal related application and cancellation, insurance, training courses and claims
- Preparation for leave submission (Maternity, NS, Childcare etc)
- Handle government related surveys
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
