Location: West
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for company IP network services including various type of internet lines, cloud hosting platform, various managed services, and data center services
- Manage and monitor of existing company backend network infrastructure to meet uptime requirement
- Coordinate maintenance of security-related systems (Anti-Virus, Firewalls, Content filtering, Intrusion Prevention, Vulnerability Management tools, Client VPN, MFA etc.)
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
- Configure and test network security appliances (e.g., Firewall, Link Encryptors)
- Provide response and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for escalated network problems
- To assist in the design, expansion and continuous improvement of existing and new infrastructures.
- Drives projects to completion with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with various protocol, TCP/IP, VLAN, RADIUS, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and various overlay technology, EVPN, VRF-Lite, VXLAN, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
