Location: West
Responsibilities
- Work with project teams, vendors, and management to ensure a smooth and secure running of infrastructure and cloud network services.
- Drive preventative maintenance and root cause identification.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the design, deployment, operation, and management of network infrastructure, virtualization platform, and cloud infrastructure.
- Constantly evaluate new network or cloud infra solutions that cloud create improvement around the region.
- Govern services provided by suppliers to ensure contract obligations are delivered and SLAs are met.
- Provide ad-hoc support as and when required, including off-hours support in the event of service outages and preventive maintenance routine whenever applicable.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Perform any IT-related duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of leading network and network security technologies, e.g., Cisco Systems, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
