Location: East
Responsibilities
- Overseeing on all matters relating to the administration of the building
- Maintain & Manage the Building in compliance with the requirements of the relevant Acts
- Plan, conduct, supervise and carry out inspections and follow up on replacement and/or rectification works
- Review and manage all facilities preventative and predictive maintenance programs and make recommendations for improvements (workflow, program or SOP)
- Manage and handle all vendors contracts, including contractors and sub-contractors for various maintenance related activities
- Providing monthly updates on all matters regarding the maintenance & management of the Property and any changes of regulations
- Apply for all necessary government licenses, certificates or approvals including statutory inspection certificates in respect of lifts, firefighting equipment’s, pumps, generators etc.
- Work with Facilities executive on to ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance works are carried out in compliance with the WSH standard with the appointed contractors
Requirements
- Bachelors in Project & Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge on building Control Act, Fire Safety Act, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, Green Facilities Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
