Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.
- Manages and oversees the monthly payroll process and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for entities under the care of the HR team as assigned from time to time
- Be a business partner and work closely with the operations to provide relevant advice
- pertaining to HR related issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programs.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business units and their people challenges, provide a proactive support service that is tailored to operational needs.
- Support in recruitment exercise and source for potential candidates through internal & external channels and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent.
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding planning and execution.
- Work closely with Operations on annual performance review, budgeting, design of training roadmap, and employee communication and engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
