Responsibilities
- Pursue new clients and creating organic growth for existing business
- Manage accounts to meet revenue, gross profit, sales activities, pipelines and business owner KPIs
- To market all products including Air, Ocean, CLT and supply chain solution
- Report customer activities and pipelines in timely manner through CRM
- Provide solution approach and competitive pricing proposal in response to RFI/RFQ/RFP to enable business win
- Responsible for smooth business implementation and draft SOP to share with operations and monitoring the SOP
- Ensure AR payment from clients within specific credit term period and follow-up with outstanding, if any
- Portfolio management ensuring account profile have a good mix of targets to support company’s sales strategy or initiative either by Products, Tradelane and Industry Vertical
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistic/supply chain industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
