$3K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the warehouse is managed efficiently and in accordance with Government’s regulation.
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse to ensure efficient and reliable cargo collection/delivery through the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure proper storage and retrieval of goods through the supervision of the Storekeepers.
• Review the methods and systems of warehouse management to maximise efficiency.
• Allocate resources and assigning personnel in a cost-effective manner to optimise utilization of manpower and materials.
• Responsible for all aspects of the Company’s vehicles maintenance programme including maintenance, repair and service.
• Ensure the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment in the warehouse in compliance with Government’s legislations.
• Responsible for the security of the warehouse to protect Company’s stocks and high inventories from fire, theft, pilferage, arson etc.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Experience in operating equipment, i.e. Forklift is a plus
