Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Design, establish and maintain quality plan for the manufacturing site
- Assist engineering team in process evaluation in terms of quality compliance
- Perform internal quality audit, and follow-up on detected non-conformity issues
- Manage and respond proactively to quality complaints, lead and liaise with stakeholders for root cause analysis & drive corrective/preventive actions implementation
- Manage, liaise and implement actions to achieve specific customer focus requirements
- Proactively respond to quality related queries within agreed SLA and ensure containment actions are in place
- Be the customer’s advocates and translate quality requirements to process and production team
- Push for continuous improvement in process and product quality
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Working in microelectronics / Semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
