$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: East
Responsibilities
- Quantity Surveyor to be station in Head Office as well as on the worksites for site measurement and understanding of site progress as and when necessary.
- Prepare and submit progress payment claims to the Main Contractors and resolve with the Main Contractor representatives for certification of claims and payments.
- Record and prepare wages to direct works.
- Prepare and submit quotations to Clients.
- Assist the Director with administration works, liaise with Authorities for all workers’ related issues.
- Prepare simple book keeping & accounting record.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
