Location: North
Responsibilities
- Ensures that preventive/predictive maintenance programs and activities are followed according to established procedures.
- Monitors equipment plant wide by checking process equipment operating parameters.
- Conducts preventive maintenance as per equipment PM program such as: Vibration monitoring, routine lubrication, coordination inspections with third party etc.
- Responsible in the maintenance and operation of plant fixed/ rotating equipment such as exchanges, vessels, pumps, cooling towers etc.
- Prepare minimum store inventory on mechanical spare parts.
- Updates work order by encoding all necessary data in the work order system in CMMS.
- Updates individual equipment folder by recording all observations, maintenance activities accomplished and recommendations.
- Monitors production run and provides assistance in case of plant abnormalities and ensures continuous plant operation.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical/ Maintenance industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
