Location: North
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Products onsite to ensure smooth operations
- Servicing of Products from basic assessment to maintenance and testing
- Attending to Tier 1 and 2 technical issues including but not limited to the product functionality issues via on-site support
- Executing other related tasks on behalf of Robotics Operations Team whenever necessary
- Exercising flexibility at work such as to travel locally on a short notice
- Performing designated field operations tasks according to the official workflow and procedure
- Providing useful feedback and idea to the Robotics Field Manager in improving quality of work and procedures
- Working closely with Robotics Field Manager in meeting the team’s KPI
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
