Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and improve the Quality Management system according to ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
- Develop audit plan to support all internal, external & customer audits (onsite & off-site) as required.
- Act as the “Authorized Person” to liaise with product approval agencies and ensure all certifications are maintained and renewed annually.
- Perform/Lead process & vertical audits to ensure the company operations comply with the ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
- Identify, plan and conduct training related to the quality system and product approvals.
- Participate in vendor survey/audit activities.
- Timely update and distribution of all quality reports which includes scorecard, dashboard, etc.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
