Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance support for customers’ Enterprise IT Network Services
- Work closely with Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to fulfil project deliverables and operational request
- Develop and enhancement of Preventive Maintenance Equipment checklists for Enterprise Network, Server, Security, Storage and UPS System
- Perform Functional and Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Health check for customers’ equipment
- Perform basic equipment break-fix during preventive maintence windows
- Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new firmware and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment
- Prepare and submit documentation for preventive maintenance tasks performed
- Network Monitoring: SolarWinds, Cisco Prime Infras, Alcatel Omni-Vista
Requirements
- ITE / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Enterprise Network, Server and Security Networking ICT environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
