- Involved in facilities management
- Conduct inspection works for the estates / buildings
- Liaise with Contractors on the maintenance and upgrading works
- Attend to feedbacks and enquiries
- Identify defects
- Implement improvement works
- Calling of quotations
- Issue of work orders
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering & Above
- With experince in Estate management
- Experience is not required
- PC Literate
- Training and guidance provided
