5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff to carry out maintenance operation at site.
- Supervise all works performed by subcontractors at site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client’s requirement.
- Troubleshooting for ACMV system including repair/replacement of parts & equipment.
- Assist Manager to oversee the implementation of the Quality Plan.
- Resolve problem with client during the DLP and maintenance period.
- Maintain all maintenance and service records.
- Ensure all service reports are properly issued and acknowledged.
- Provide technicians support to workers.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
