Responsibilities

• Developing Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), in coordination with HOK, which identifies the operational risk management tools.
• Providing practical input to the maintenance of ORMF and feeding suggestions for policy changes.
• Implementation of ORMF within the business/ support group for effective operational risk management in line with local laws and practices.
•  Conduct ORM reviews, perform ORMF gap analysis and assurance.
• Maintaining the Operational Risk database and tracking relevant risk data.
• Developing the process for identifying KRIs, coordinating/supervising the KRI identification by units/ departments and maintaining and updating the list on a regular basis so as to ensure that the business has visibility about their area’s operational risk indicators.
• Preparing and generating reports regarding Loss data & KRIs for onward submission to HOK, IRMC (Integrated Risk Management Committee) & Regulator (as and when required) to apprise the Management/ Regulator regarding the operational risk exposure/ profile of the branch.
• Coordinating development and validation of RCSAs with relevant units for timely risk identification and mitigation.

Requirements

• Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Risk Management / Compliance  is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
