Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure the quality of products meets company and customers’ requirements by conducting incoming, in-process, and out-going inspections.
- Develop and establishes a quality control plan and inspection procedures for incoming material, in-process, and outgoing finished goods.
- Ensure incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process bulk products and finished product samples are properly collected and stored as retention samples.
- Release in-process bulk product and finished product testing and inspection results on a timely basis.
- Perform OSS investigation and prepare RCA. Identify the root cause of technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records required by the quality systems and be audit-ready at all times.
- Supports improvement initiatives, programs, and projects driven by the Quality Management Systems.
- Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) trending and analysis on incoming, in-process, bulk, and finished goods test results.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Quality Engineering/related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Quality Management systems (QMS) and testing methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
