Location: East
Responsibilities
- Liaise with carrier, customers, transporter, warehouse, oversea agents and 3rd party vendors.
- Resolving any operation problems that arise during the shipment process.
- Handle customer’s complaint or issues.
- To build good rapport with the customers.
- Monitor shipment status until shipment is being release/ delivered to customer in good condition.
- Coordinate all shipment with promptly and accurately.
- Billing of invoices to meet deadlines.
- Provide quotations.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding/ Transportation Industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
